  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled
  • Payment is processed automatically on your renewal date
  • Credit card information is securely stored by our payment processors (Stripe/Paddle)

2.2 General Refund Policy

RevNS operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription payments. This policy is in place because:

  • We incur real-time costs for data collection, storage, and analysis

  • Cloud infrastructure and computing resources are allocated and paid for based on your subscription

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Partial months or unused periods are not eligible for refunds
  • Downgrading your subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle

4.2 Cancellation Process

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial period usage

  • Additional user seats are billed immediately
  • Removal of user seats takes effect next billing cycle
